Originally from Concord, NC, Yorke has been with the Max Sparwasser Law Firm, LLC since 2014. He attended Western Carolina University, where he majored in history, and Charleston School of Law.
During law school, Yorke participated in the first externship class of the 14th Circuit Solicitor’s Office where he was allowed to take pleas in court under the student practice rule.
Yorke is licensed in the state courts of South Carolina and North Carolina.
